Check in. Get your plan. Recover.

Recovery only works when athletes actually do it. RecoveryEdge keeps the athlete's part under a minute and makes the right thing the easy thing.

1

The athlete checks in

How they feel, where they're sore, how hard the day was. Thirty seconds on their phone. Works with or without wearable and workload data - if your program uses Catapult or similar, it plugs in.

2

The plan builds itself

AI assembles that day's session from a library of 140+ recovery activities - cold and heat, mobility, breathing, soft tissue work - sequenced for the athlete's state, time available, and the facility they're standing in.

3

Coaches see the whole team

A readiness dashboard across the roster, recovery-to-load tracking, custom plans a coach can build and assign, and one-click email invitations that get a whole roster onboarded fast.

Real screens from a real, working team

No mockups. These are actual screens from RecoveryEdge running today, from a team already using it day to day.

RecoveryEdge sign-in screen, showing that athletes join through a coach's invitation email rather than open sign-up

Athletes join through a coach invite

No open sign-up to manage. A coach adds an athlete, an invitation email goes out, the athlete sets a password, and they're in.

An athlete's generated recovery plan: 10 minutes, sauna and extended exhale breathing

A plan built from today's check-in

Ten minutes, five activities, sequenced from how the athlete feels right now - no wearable required, though workload data sharpens it when it's there.

RecoveryEdge activity library showing 141 recovery activities, filterable by system, target area, and equipment

140+ activities to draw from

Filterable by system, target area, and what equipment the athlete actually has on hand that day.

Coach's team dashboard showing two athletes, one active and one invited, with tabs for custom plans, match schedule, and team motivation

One roster view for the coach

Who's active, who's still pending an invite, and tools to build custom plans, schedule matches, and send the team a message in your own voice.

A complete recovery system, not another survey app

The athlete side stays simple on purpose. The depth lives underneath it.

Activity Library

140+ recovery activities with plain-language guidance and evidence levels, filterable by what your facility actually has.

Guided Sessions

A timed session player walks the athlete through each activity. Athletes rate what worked, and the system learns their preferences.

History & Favorites

Athletes can revisit the protocols that worked before a big match and favorite the activities they'll actually do.

Coach Dashboard

Roster-wide readiness, recovery-to-load ratios, and per-athlete detail - enough signal to act on, without drowning staff in charts.

Custom Plans

Coaches build their own plans and assign them to one athlete or the whole roster - the algorithm handles the daily default.

Team Messaging

Motivational and milestone messages in your program's own voice, delivered where athletes already are: inside their daily plan.

Real product, early days

RecoveryEdge was designed and refined alongside the strength and conditioning staff of a Division I volleyball program, and has run real seasons of daily athlete check-ins and recovery sessions. We're now opening it to more teams - college, professional, club, and high school - one program at a time. It's not a big-company product with a sales team. You'll talk to the people who built it.

The short answers

Do we need wearables or workload data?

No. RecoveryEdge works from the athlete's daily check-in alone. If your program tracks workload (Catapult or similar), that data plugs in and sharpens the plans - but it's optional.

What does it cost?

Early teams are onboarded individually. Send a request below and we'll talk through fit and pricing for your program.

Who built this?

WiscAI, an AI consulting and product firm in Madison, Wisconsin - built alongside a Division I program's strength staff, not in a vacuum.
