Associate AI Engineer, Client Delivery
Hiring NowBuild practical AI systems for real organizations. You work with the founder and client subject-matter experts to turn business requirements into working applications, automations, and internal tools - on active client problems, where you see how your technical decisions affect users, operations, and business outcomes. The role advances to AI Engineer and, in time, Forward-Deployed AI Engineer as you earn independent ownership.

Client Engagement & Operations Coordinator

The role grows into Client Engagement Manager or Operations Lead.

Growth Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Coming SoonTurn WiscAI's client work and community relationships into a consistent public presence and a stronger pipeline. This is not a high-volume advertising role - it is a production and communications role: founder-voice content, case studies, public relations, events, and targeted campaigns, published on a weekly cadence. The role grows into Growth Marketing Manager.

- What you'll do: Draft and publish founder-voice LinkedIn content; turn completed engagements into case studies; coordinate PR, awards, directories, and events; run targeted campaigns to warm audiences
- What we're looking for: Content or campaigns that reached a real audience, with evidence of what happened after; clear, natural writing; weekly production discipline
What to expect
We're a small team building a lot. We ship weekly. We use AI for everything we can. Conversations are direct. Feedback is fast. The pace is high, but the work is meaningful.
You'll work across consumer apps, enterprise clients, and community programs. One day you might be creating a demo video for a voice AI app. The next, writing copy for an executive breakfast forum. The variety is the point.
We're not for everyone. If you want predictable, narrowly-scoped work with a large team - that's not us. If you want to see what AI-augmented work actually looks like from the inside, there's no better seat.
