Fixed-scope engagements, diagnostic to deployed, across finance, insurance, manufacturing, collegiate athletics, and veterinary practices. Two parallel tracks: Workshop & Advisory, where a client's team learns to use AI on their own work and keeps ownership, and Discovery → Build, a three-week opportunity assessment followed by a fixed-fee build. The team that scopes the work is the team that ships it.
2. Our own AI products and live builds
We build it. We don't just advise on it. WiscAI maintains an active portfolio of AI products and live client engagements across five industries, built with the same tools and methods it deploys for clients. When WiscAI tells a leadership team something works, it is because we are running it ourselves. One product, LilSense, was featured by Apple in Best New Apps & Updates in 2026.
3. Wisconsin's AI leadership community
WiscAI convenes the rooms where Wisconsin's business leaders work on AI. The AI Agent Innovation Group: running weekly at StartingBlock Madison since 2024, the longest-running AI practitioner group in the state. Michael Zhang is the founder and CEO of WiscAI. He served as VP of eCommerce & Innovation at a billion-dollar fashion and consumer brand, where he led AI initiatives in image search and natural language processing. He founded the AI Agent Innovation Group in 2024, now Wisconsin's longest-running AI executive group, and co-hosts the AI Leadership Breakfast Forum. Clients work directly with Michael - no junior handoff - and he speaks plainly about what AI adoption actually looks like inside established businesses.

Every Tuesday since 2024, practitioners have met at StartingBlock Madison for the AI Agent Innovation Group, the longest-running AI practitioner group in Wisconsin. Once a month, senior leaders from $1B+ Wisconsin organizations meet at the AI Leadership Breakfast Forum to talk frankly about what AI adoption actually looks like inside their companies. Not meetups; working sessions. Reporters are welcome to sit in, with member consent arranged in advance.

LilSense, a baby tracking iOS app developed by WiscAI, has been featured in Apple's "Best New Apps & Updates" section - without paid placement or an application. Apple's editorial team selected LilSense for its Night Mode and evidence-based predictions powered by WHO and CDC research.
